Kids willing to do chores…

Do you have kids? Do they help out about the house?  Do they do their chores willingly?

I see you rolling your eyes. My colleague, Judy Wright is a mom and grandmother and author. She has seen all the tricks kids use to get out of helping around the house. She writes about Kids Chores and More strategies.

We start learning responsibility as children. All of us need to be responsible for the care and up keep of the home. Kids can learn to help clean, cook, do laundry, and care for the yard to name a few chores. When I was growing up, we had a job list. There was 10 of us in the house. Can’t expect mom to do it all.

Today, kids are different. I think that we parent have gotten soft by not teaching kids skills needed for successful living. It is hard being a parent these days. Both my husband and I worked, and I was going to school during much of time our boys were young. Some times it is just easier to do the chores yourself. However, that choice isn’t healthy for you or your child.

Judy had a free report to help you get your child to do chores.  Kids Chores and More could be your answer to getting your child to help willingly.
