S.T.R.E.S.S… spells…

What do you think about stress? It is in everybody’s life. Stress isn’t necessarily a bad thing. We actually need some stress to keep us healthy and on our toes. Too much stress will make you sick.

Some folks are underwhelmed by life or shut down by the riggers of life. Other people are very overwhelmed by life. could be work or family or life in general.

STRESS spells…

S = stress
T = the
R = reason
E = everybody’s
S = Sick and
S = Stupid

Stress happens because we STRESS

S = skimp on
T = time
R = relationships
E = eating poorly by consuming
S = sugar, processed foods & fast foods only to find we develop
S = sleep problems and we are disconnected                                                                  S = spiritually

Stress happens when we STRESS

S = stinkin’
T = thinkin’ alters                                                                                                                 R = reality
E = expectations aren’t met and we
S = sink into the
S = sewer of negative thoughts/emotions

How to stop stress with STRESS

S = stop
T = track your thoughts
R = re-frame
E = events and
S = stop the
S = story

Get out of the sewer of negative thoughts/emotions by using STRESS

S = start being
T = thankful
R = resolve and release
E = emotions
S = stop and
S = smell the roses of life

If you are an employer help your employees by STRESS

S = support your employees by giving them enough
T = time to do the work, technology that works
R = resources to do the job
E = empower employees and they will give
S = super
S = service for the customer

All of us need to learn and practice STRESS

S = smile
T = thoughtful
R = respect and realistic
E = expectations
S = simplify your life
S = see clearly
